Google Apps for Your Domain program/service is not related to Kholix Multimedia International. This is *only* our offered DNS service for Kholix Shared Hosting customer’s domain owner who affiliated with Google Apps for Your Domain program. Kholix Multimedia International will not take part in your application to Google Apps program. Hosting your domain emails on Google Apps’s GMail program is not related to Kholix Multimedia International service.

  1. Mailbox storage is combined storage (your total mail quota allowance) for all hosted domains i.e. including add-on domains and sub-domains. If you demand much more so, you can individually buy to upgrade more mail storage for each plans you bought in latter.
  2. Although we offered unlimited web services, there are some initial default set amount/quota on each of services (this is normal in computing).
  3. DNS is controlled by KhoLiX backend administration, for now. As long as you maintain the quota/storage that the plan you purchased, you can request to addon unlimited domain as sub account (Virtual FTP) under your main account.
  4. Please include your requirement for any of , Zope/Plone and Apache Tomcat deployment with your order. These web services required minimum K-Lite plan order with additional setup and not enable by default.
  5. Please create support ticket through Client Account Manager for additional Web Services/Components resources whenever you required. There are no charges upon this of course!
  6. KhoLiX-Ready® Web Applications // web scripts installation is just installation only. You have to maintain respective license(s) and site integration yourself.
  7. If you need integration/complete website, please refer our Professional Solution packages to suit your needs.
  8. 1 x SFTP and Jailed Shell SSH (Optional) // This feature is not enabled by default and required Company Profile or Driven License or Passport or Student ID or ID.
  9. Web Control Panel support on Mail and SQL now.
