[edit] How to change my default mailbox password?

You can change your default mailbox password through webmail interface.

  • Goto your webmail: www.yourdomain.com/webmail
  • Login with provide username and password.
  • Click Options on top of navigation bar
  • Find Change Password option
  • Provide your old and new password
  • After making changes, please logout and login to take effect.

To reset your mailbox password, you have to be mailbox domain administrator. Please contact your mailbox domain administrator if you are not. If you were mailbox domain administrator, please follow this.

To create additional mailboxes, aliases and forwards, you have to be mailbox domain administrator.

[edit] How to create autoreply/autorespond/vacation mail?

Autoreply/autorespond/vacation messages will be handled through dedicated powerful Sieve server and Sieve script.

  • Login to your webmail: www.yourdomain.com/webmail
  • At the top menu bar navigation
  • Click on Filters > Add New Rule
  • first dropdown Condition section > choose All
  • Action section > choose Vacation > add your massage > Submit new rule

You can create your mail filters (sieve scripts) as much as you want.

[edit] How is mail quota and mail account relation calculated?

For example: K1-Mail
500MB of total mail quota storage will be distributed into 20 accounts. Therefore, the default quota per mailbox will be 26MB for each creation. 

               26MB x 20 Accounts = 520MB

If you prefer to give some special mailbox to be higher than 26MB, please kindly write us in email for change request or submit ticket request through http://www.kholix.com/cam/support.php. In due changes, total amount of mail accounts or quota per each account may be offset if total mail quota storage exhausted. For example, if you want special account to be 200MB while total quota is 500MB, the calculation will be:

  • special account = 200MB
  • left-over = 500MB - 200MB = 300MB
  • the rest = 300MB / 19 = 16MB

[edit] How to setup Push Mail

In order to use Push Mail functionality, please setup your PDA, Notebook or Mobile devices with IMAP protocol. Do note that IMAP protocol is live-sync with mail server, i.e.. if you delete email on mobile device, the respective email will be deleted on mail server as well.
